Delete Your MuslimStreak Account
This page explains how MuslimStreak users can request deletion of their account and associated data.
MuslimStreak uses Firebase Authentication to manage user accounts. If you created an account in MuslimStreak, you may request that your account and associated personal data be deleted.
How to request account deletion
You can request deletion in either of the following ways:
- Open the MuslimStreak app.
- Go to Settings or Account.
- Select Delete Account, if available.
- Confirm that you want your account and associated data deleted.
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:
Please send the request from the email address connected to your MuslimStreak account. If possible, include your account email address and write: “Please delete my MuslimStreak account.”
What data will be deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we will delete or anonymize:
- Your Firebase Authentication user account
- Your account email address and account identifiers
- Your MuslimStreak profile data
- Your goals, streaks, and progress data linked to your account
- Your dhikr, Quran reading, reminder, and app preference data linked to your account
What data may be kept
Some information may be retained where required for security, legal, fraud prevention, or payment/subscription record purposes.
This may include:
- Purchase and subscription records managed by Google Play, Apple App Store, or RevenueCat
- Anonymous analytics and crash reports that are not directly linked to your account
- Support emails or deletion request records needed to confirm completion of your request
Processing time
We aim to process account deletion requests within 30 days. Backup copies or system logs may take additional time to be fully removed, but they will not be used for active app services.
